Challenge:
We were using Slack before with the free plan and our main problem is the chat history limit. We are also currently using WhatsApp for outsource comms. We were using multiple tools for project management, that’s why we opted to use Chanty for the misc tasks that can be added to it.
Solution:
What was useful for us is the Task items in Chanty. It’s very handy specially when on mobile as we don’t need to open multiple tools to check tasks.
Result:
Tasks and communication became much faster.
