Challenge:

All communication was done through email or phone calls and was either too immediate (hard to take calls with busy schedules) or too slow (email is not instantaneous enough). We struggled to meet regularly as a company/whole team and provide updates on projects/ongoings. Communicating with remote workers wasn’t as smooth and sharing project documents, tasks, etc. was done through unorganized different platforms (like email, shared network folders/documents).

Solution:

Group and individual chats, searchable file/link sharing, creating tasks out of conversations, sending quick messages/updates, and encouraging more/better communication between team members to foster happier/healthier work environment.

Result:

It’s made onboarding easier for new team members, especially when a manager or team member is working remotely. It has increased engagement between staff and between projects.
