Chanty lets you suspend team members. You can use it in case your need Direct messages history, but restrict access to your team space by a suspended team member.
Once you suspend team members, they will be logged out from all devices with Chanty on, and will not log back in unless reactivated.
Note: Currently, suspending team members is available from browser and desktop apps. The team space creator is the only person on a team who can suspend other members.
Start suspending a team member, navigating to the Dashboard.
- Click on your User profile photo in the bottom left
- Choose Manage team
- Click on Manage under the Members in the Dashboard section
While in the Members menu, click the three-dots icon and choose Suspend.
Once the team member is suspended, you will see the Status change from Active to Suspended.
